Loft­brú

Loftbrú provides discounts to individuals whose legal residence is in rural areas far from the capital region, and on islands with no road connections.

Roughly 60,000 residents have a right to Loftbrú discount, and each individual can receive discounted air fare for up to six total flights per year.

Loftbrú provides a 40% discount of total air fare for all scheduled flight routes to and from the capital region. The full discount is provided regardless of whether or not the fare is previously discounted. Each individual can receive lower air fare rates for up to three round trips to and from Reykjavík per year (six total flights).
