In its operations, the IRCA plays a key role in the shaping of society; a guiding light in the IRCA’s policy is that safe transportation is the most important thing for professional development, our society, and our guests. Included therein is the duty to provide excellent service for all users of the transportation system, alongside a commitment towards the development of eco-friendly, integrated modes of transportation all around the country.
The IRCA seeks to maintain the connections between rural and urban communities, creating equal opportunity and safety in transportation for everyone through access to service, work areas and residencies. Furthermore, the IRCA strives for a healthier environment through the capture of particulates, and through projects to limit noise, adapting to higher quality of life in residential and other urban areas.
Work towards these goals is undertaken in explicit co-operation with system users and other stakeholders.
