The Executive Committee, consisting of Senior Management and area managers, is involved in formulating the policy and future vision of the IRCA whilst ensuring that the resolutions reached by Senior Management and the Government are executed in all of the institution’s operations.

Senior Management makes decisions regarding the institution’s operating plan whilst also processing enquiries and projects the IRCA receives, following a further decision made by the CEO.

Senior management
The Executive Committee, consisting of Senior Management and area managers, is involved in formulating the policy and future vision of the IRCA whilst ensuring that the resolutions reached by Senior Management and the Government are executed in all of the institution’s operations. The Executive Committee is responsible for coordinating construction, maintenance and services throughout the country, and follows through on decisions pertaining to operations within the current road plan.
