Safety culture
The IRCA works toward implementing a safety management system in accordance with OHSAS health and safety standard 18001, which emphasizes precautionary measures and consistent improvements in job-site safety.
Implementing this safety management system ensures, among other things, that all IRCA employees return home safe at the end of each workday.
The IRCA deems the safety of its employees and contractors as a chief priority, and no job is important enough to risk any individual’s security when performing it.
