The tran­sportati­on system

The transportation system encompasses all sea and land transit, the road system, shipping and port matters, and the public transport system. The mission of the IRCA is to develop and manage the existing transportation systems, both on land and at sea, using the needs of society as its primary guidance.

In its activities, the IRCA seeks to promote safe, sustainable, easy and cost-effective transport, ensuring that transport develops in accordance with societal and environmental goals.
